We're introducing flexible pricing that grows with your school.

Not every school needs every feature—and you shouldn't have to pay for what you don't use. That's why we built a feature gating system with three subscription tiers: Standard, Premium, and Enterprise.

Standard ($2.50/student/month) covers essential school management. Premium ($5/student/month) adds advanced analytics and gradebook features. Enterprise ($8/student/month) gives you everything, including API access and custom integrations.

Your first 5 students are always free, no matter which plan you choose. And if you're one of our legacy schools, you're grandfathered into all features at no cost—our thank you for being early believers.

The sidebar now dynamically shows only the features available in your plan, so there's no confusion about what you can use.

We've made significant improvements to how GPAs are calculated and displayed throughout NavEd, giving you more transparency and accuracy in student academic performance tracking.

See detailed breakdowns of how each student's GPA is calculated, including which grades and subjects contribute to their final score. Enhanced calculation logic ensures GPA computations are precise and consistent across all students.

Parents and teachers can now easily understand GPA components when reviewing student progress reports.

Install NavEd as an app on your device.

NavEd now works seamlessly offline! You can install NavEd directly on your phone, tablet, or desktop—just like any other app. Start working on student records, grades, or assignments even without internet, and everything syncs automatically when you reconnect. Perfect for teachers working in classrooms or areas with spotty connectivity.

We've also added complete student medical information management. Keep all student health and medical details in one secure place. Track immunizations, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and medical conditions. Parents can update medical information directly, and teachers have quick access to critical health data they need to know about.

Never miss a student's birthday again.

We've added automatic birthday tracking so your school never misses a student's special day. Teachers, parents, and school admins can now see upcoming birthdays right from their dashboard.

Quick birthday cards appear on HOD and teacher dashboards, showing which students have birthdays coming up this week. School admins also receive a birthday digest in their weekly summary email, so leadership can make sure everyone gets recognized.

We rebuilt NavEd's foundation to support hundreds of schools on one platform.

As we grew from serving one school to serving many, we needed a way to keep every school's data completely isolated while still running efficiently. So we rebuilt the entire system on a multi-tenant architecture.

Here's what that means for you: Your school's data lives in its own isolated space. Students, parents, and staff can only see data they have permission to access. And because we're running on shared infrastructure, we can pass cost savings directly to you.

This was months of behind-the-scenes work, but it sets us up to serve schools of all sizes without compromising security or performance.
